1. Service Overview:Our private cannabis chef service provides personalized cannabis-infused meals for you and your guests. All services are tailored to your specific dietary preferences, medical requirements, and desired cannabis experience.
2. Booking and Payment:
   
   • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

1. Guest Participation:

   • The client agrees to release and hold harmless the cannabis chef and any associated staff from any and all liability related to the consumption of cannabis-infused food.
   • The client is responsible for ensuring that they, as well as their guests, are consuming the cannabis-infused food in a safe and responsible manner.

1. Compliance with Local Laws:
   
   • The service provided will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal cannabis regulations. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are in compliance with their jurisdiction’s laws regarding cannabis use and consumption.

1. Confidentiality and Privacy:
   
   • The chef will respect the privacy of the client and their guests, and all information shared in relation to the service will be kept confidential.
   • No personal or event details will be shared publicly unless written consent is obtained.

1. Indemnification:
   
   • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the chef, their staff, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from the use of the cannabis-infused service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal violations.

1. Right to Refuse Service:
